Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Dear sir

I am serving notice period in an working company 90 days. But I am not ready to complete my notice period. I am ready to pay of 2 month salary. But HR is asking me to pay full salary. Is it ok to pay me? Or is there any law only to pay basic salary? Kindly answer me. I am a poor person. Kindly help me any one.....

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since your notice period is 90 days, you are right in serving 30 days and paying of the balance 60 days basic salary to the Company. HR is wrong in asking you to pay full salary.
