Dear Sir/Madam,
Could a married male(divorce process going on) living with another married female(divorce process going on), for one month in a shared accomodation, would entitle her for maintenance or alimony or any other reliefs under DV act 2005, if she files under the act in a court, for threatening?

yes, as per domestic violence act, ANY WOMAN can file the case who is living under domestic relationship. in the present case, she can file a case under domestic violence act and can seek compensation, maintenance etc...
