Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
My wife has suit a case for monthly alimony.She is from poor family. She & her mother want monty from me.It has been 2 years she aprts from me.She has affairs with someone.She is doing job also earning 5500 monthly.Can i file divorce case aginst her.What would be requirement for that and how much i have to pay?.Please guide me.

in case she is from poor family, you should not avoid paying her the maintenance as it is your duty to maintain your wife. try n reconcile your differences and do not make allegations without proof.
