desertion

Got married under hindu marriage act.My husband got divorce from foreign country.Marriage was solemnised in india.Divorce was declared void in india.He again file for divorce in india.He lost his divorce case in india.But my dependent visa got rejected and he is not taking me with him or not keeping any touch with me.I don't want to give him divorce.What can i do in such scenario?

(a) you may file a case of domestic violence;

(b) You may file a complaint against him in the foreign country concerned.

(c) You may seek maintenance in India; and on the basis of the order, if any, passed by the court, you may approach the foreign country concerned for visa.

I believe the best option could be to file a case under the prevailing laws of the foreign country depending on the nature of offence commited by him. Further, if possible you should also apply for a green card and pursue the matter from abroad.
