Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

in a domestic enquiry my regional manager submitted a report to his superiors but when the criminal case came up police didnot produce this report. unfortunately the witness, the regional manager couldnot come to the court as he is bedridden. but i marked the certified copy of that report through another witness who knows the signature of regional manager. can the contents of the report be taken on its face vaue? will the e.v act sec32(2) help?

the document can not be exhibited from other wittiness but the author of that document

if the court gave exhibit to that document than court will read the contain of that document to deliver the judgment

Section 32 has no application as report is not be in respect of cause of death of maker of that report.
