regarding a family dispute of property, my mother under the influence of my brother filed a complaint case u/s 420,467,468,471 ipc alleging the n.o.c. for the electricity connection forged.I had got another new connection and the previous connection was restored. The property has been sold out. Please tell me about the merits, if i have and how to proceed further.

Sale of property or obtaining new connection may not absolve some one with criminal liability of earlier incident.
