Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My father & mother want to visit my brother(no case against him) in London for 2 months only. The above case is going on against my parents also. They are on bail.They were not arrested. Will they be granted visa? If anyone has faced similar situation then do give your comments/advice. What is required to be done?

yes, they will be getting visas unless the court has restrained them from leaving the country.
