Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

forge signature

I joined one of the Multi-Level Marketing and pretty success in the business, I get the bonus every month. It was shock to me that last month I didn't received single cent from the company. After investigation that I found our that somebody in my organisation forge my singnature and tranfer my money to another accoount. Now I have copy of the forge signatture. My question now is to which department should I go to verify that the signature was forge and to which goveerment department should I lodge my report?

Police will sent to the State Examiner of Disputed Documents.

at the first time you should make information about this offence to your nearest police station.thereafter the duty of the police will start to investigate all the things.the best place where you should knock for taking justice that is only your nearest police station.
