my friend opened a fake facebook account just for fun ,my intentions were not bad ,ihe didn't opened it to do any offensive things just opened it for fun and he uploaded a girls pic ,not a bad pic, just a normal pic which he founded from a social networking site. ,but he only uploaded the pic pretended to be him and with in a minute he deleted that pic ,i didn't took anyother information like her phone number ,address,credit card number no nothing so that not called a cyber crime .i guess when u uploaded ur pic in some social networking sited it can be shared so he shared her pic and didn"t do anyother offensive things with that photo .now a guy is threatning him that he will find her and tell everything about it .so is it a cyber crime or an identification theft ,though he had deleted everything even the account also.
