Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

no hearing any where

A and B has been filed his private complaint case in court for FIR against one another.14 dates has been given by court but magistrate is unable to took cognigance and considration on A or B or both.Complete written arguement has been submitted in A case.

A is aggrived and not found any help from concern SHO,ACP,DCP,COMMISNOR as well as trial court.

In these circumstances what is the remady for A if magistrate is unable to took cognigance and considration and not doing order in A case.

The complainant may be entitled to file a Revision against order of the trial court; or may seek direction to the trial court from the High Court for passing appropriate orders on the complaint.

You can prefer the Writ jurisdiction U/Art.227 of constitution of India.
