My husband works abroad.He is still in US. Both Warrant of arrest and distress warrant have been issued aginst my husband in 498a and maintenance case.I want to seize my husband's passport as he is taking advantage of his stay abroad.Does magistrate has power to order ministry of external affair to exectue his order of passport seize?

Yes. The Magistrate is entitled to pass appropriate orders for impounding / cancellation of passport.
