my name is roshan, 27 yrs old, married, vadodara.
my wife wrongly did case against me with ipc - 498 with domestic violance, so can you please guide what i can now do in my safety because she had only lived 12 days with me and then after gone away with her all articles still she is saying that all the articles are with me at my home and i had demanded 1lac rupees from her, ad also given wrong name of my mother and sister still my sister not living with me and living with her husband too. my wife also did case from mahila court indore too as she is from indore, madhya pradesh, india. and one case at vadodara,
