Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my husband got the arrest stay in 420/406 case from high court .now we r cont. trying to join the investion but the io is not co operating. what should be ore action . our arrest stay is more for 10 days? pl. help me.

What is meant by "trying to join the investigation".
Investigation is field of police or IO concerned and interference by anybody is neither expected nor tolerated.
However, if police or IO are indulging in improper or illegal investigation, then original complainant may approach the Magistrate concerned as per Sakiri Vasu's ratio or the High Court under Inherent Powers or Writ Jurisdiction.
