Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I and my wife both are hindu and got married under HMA.I work in US on h1 visa.My wife joined me on h4 visa.Then she went back to india and lodged 498a against me.I have filed for divorce in india which she is contesting.Now my wife has inform me that she is coming back .She took away with her our apartment's key.Now i have change my Apartment but i don't want to inform her about it.My question is as she has got keys of my prvious rented house and she doesn't know that i have change my apartment and she informed me that she is coming back if i will not inform her that i have changed my apartment then can she lodge any criminal complain against me for harassment or any other criminal complain?
I am not keeping any touch with her and she already lodged 498a against me so though i know she will be in trouble if i will not tell her that i have change my apartment and she informed me she is coming to my previous apartment as she is thinking i still resides in that apartment can this land me in trouble?2)She is also asking me to give her my new address if i have changemy address.I don't want to disclose her my new address as i don't want her to join me in US .But i will let her know about my new adress can she file any case againstme

You need to check US laws in this behalf.

Yes under DMV she can proceed to prosecute you.

Yes, she may lodge a criminal case against you also in USA.
You may be required to let her new your current address.
Instead of indulging in 'hide and seek', you may better consider an amicable out of court settlement of the entire dispute.
