Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am an innocent person I am trapped by framing a false case against me for atrocities against him by an S C person arranging two false witnesses. Sir can you help me to come out of the case. I do not belong to SC or ST.

Caste discrimination and differentiation is a crime. In your query itself, the discrimination you make is evident.

If you are innocent and are being framed, all you need to do is swear on oath that you did not pass any untoward remarks against the person, or in no way did you intend to hurt the sentiments of the person concerned, and deny the charges before the Police.
