Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I got Interim Bail from Session Court tees Hajari in case of 304B on the basis of MOU done between us and complainer. Now opposite party is threatening us for applying of cancellation of Bail while I did not breach any condition of MOU. Is it possible that they can get my interim bail cancelled

Bail is granted on certain conditions. Your bail is on the basis of MOU and if you have not done any thing contrary to that, your bail will not be cancelled. Moreover, in cognizable offence granting or denying of bail is the discretion of the court.

it depends upon the allegations that are going to level against you. however, you may show the MOU to a lawyer for a better advice.
