Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

My lawyer advising me to go for quash of 498/406/34.

There are high chances of quash(482).If fail , at least

we would get speedy trial order(withing 6 month for

disposal of case).My question is , is this speedy trial works.

If we get the order , will the case dispose withing 1 years

or about 1 year
