What is the legal procedure of Sec. 498 I.P.C. in the state of U.P. If the matter is for mediation, then what sort of procedure in adopted in it. Is there any time frame to receive the notice of mediation to the complainant by the mediation centre. Can it happen that the notice of mediation is managed by the accused, and it will not reach to the complainant and as a result of which the case is disposed off?
