if a person(male) loves somebody and refuses to marry from the very begginning of the elationship and therefore did not keep any sexual relation.latter the female if suits a case of cheating, wouild be the male held guilty and on what ground

Your question is plane but if she approches police and lodge a police complaint. Police will investigate the case and then if police satisfy with the compliant can move the case before the conserned magistrate.
