What are the liabilities of Police under ipc 156(3)! Once the court gives you the order ipc 156(3), then what are the steps the Police can take to take this order further.

156(3) is when police is nor registering complaint. once f. i. r. is registered u/s.156(3) than ll provision of 154 shall be applicable.
