I am from Maharashtra I have ipc 279 charged on me for rash, negligence driving. I am coming to home from office and the police filed the case under 279 but no body is get injured because of me. at the time police caught me i was driving the bike and 2 other friends are with me (triple sit).
I am a serviceman and responsible person in my family. What will be the punishment/penalty in this case?
