marriage dt: 20.08.2008

She went to her meternal home for visit with our knowledge on 21.10.2008 and didn't return.

Complaint filed on 02.11.08

Case registered on 24.02.09

Charge sheet is filed and charges are not yet fraimed. I am trying by all means to save my relationship but no result came out. If i file

for divorce now on cruality ground how it will impact my life and my family members life.

Please advice.

If you want to file thinking that you will get advantage in the case registered, then it is already late. However, if you have decided to break the marriage, then do so.

As regards saving relatives it all would depend upon the allegations in the FIR and the statement of witnesses. what are the evidence against the relatives. is there an allegation of entrustment? Is there an allegation of cruelty? If so, against whom in particular or is it in wholesale? You need to take fact based advice. if there is material you may argue for discharge at this stage.
