Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

if a married man stay with another married women with her child, now can the spouces of above man and women can file writ against both man and women who are destroying their spouce's life, to stop them, or pay compensation, as both accused used the same advocate to file false cases in court to claim divorce by accusing enethical blames.

Or other legal options available?

if the relation between the man and that married woman is proved than the spouses of both of them file a case of divorce also on the basis of adultery and also the wife of that man for the maintenance and for compensation also
