im a married scheduled tribe man seeking devorce,as my wife doesnot stay with me because she does not want to leave her job.i came 2 know that,STmarriage does not come under HINDU MARRIAGE ACT. my case is already in court,please advice me my next step as my wife refuses to either give divorce or stay with me,& moreover,she is wasting my time by simply putting counter against my request for divorce.thank you.
