In U.P., If the mediation U/s 498 /494/506 I.P.C. is cancelled by the Hon'ble Allahabad High Court what will be the next procedure. In this context I would like to mention that the case under the abovementioned sections are registered at Dildar Nagar P.S. in the Dist. of Ghazipur, U.P

Go for the stay of the arrest of the accused from the high court as provision of sec 438 crpc is not applicable in Uttar Pradesh.

in case the mediation is cancelled by the court, you may press your application for stay of arrest and seek the favorable order citing your age. being a senior citizen, you may get the benefit in case the f.i.r. does not disclose gravity of the offence.
