Motor Accident
Hello Sir, On 13th Feb,2007 I was riding my bike and suddenly 1 Lady has crossed the road. She was injured with Minor Fracture. I took her to hospital and doctor has given the certificate of She is conscious and with Minor Facture. After she had launch a complaint and still this case is running in Megistrate court. After that she had asked for an compensation in Tribunal Court and Insurance company and court has decided to give Rs.35000/-. (Its been given as well). Can u tell me how to come out from this case which is in Megistrate court?. Pl advise.
