Mr. Thakur who is my boss, in a inquiry which was in case of sexual harassment against him, alleged that I have illicit relations with the one female who alleged sexual harrasment against hi. He says that the he listened the husband of that female accusing her of illicit relations with me and in departmental court of inquiry, to which I not a party ,Mr. Thakur said that I have illict relations as alleged by the husband of that female. Can I take legal action against Mr. Thakur for defamation u/s 499, 500
