Mr.X in judicial proceedings demafed me of having illicit relations with the wife of Mr.Y on pretext that he listened Mr.Y accusing his wife of having illicit relations with me. though in judicial proceedings i was not a party. mr. Y's wife gave me copies of judicial proceedings .Can I take legal action for defamation against Mr. X
