Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am Muslim working in saudi arabia, married with a muslim girl in 2007. RCR filed by me in 2009. She didn't appear in RCR. I gave talak in 2010. RCR disposed and dismissed due to talak taken place. She file 125 and 498a one week before talak. Congaince not yet taken by magistrate.
Please advice.
1. Will i able to get AB.
2. Can i file 482 for quash at HC if I have chance.
3. Will i able to continue working in saudi or passport impounding may happen.

It is not easy to impound Passport. it takes time and extensive scrutiny by court.
