Whether Section 138 case can be filed from the dishonor of the ECS? What is the present LAw? Which section enables the ECS as a form of Cheque in N.Il.Act

Yes,complaint u/s.138 NIAct can be filed in case of ECS.Take certificate from bank and proceed with the matter.
