Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Newspaper printed fake news that I make milk through poison and paint and my sample of milk has failed while the sample came fit. I have faced social and mental loss due to the stuff printed in the papers against me. Now I want to claim for that. Please tell me what to claim and where and when to claim.
They are threating me that they will make my shop close forever and they are also threating me kill me. Thanks on advance.
