non compoundable offence

cfsl Lab reported that signature are forged in 471/468 case.At this stage Is copromise and settelment is possible between both parties in these non compoundable offences(468/471)?

after CFSL came to the conclusion that forgery was committed, it is pretty difficult to compromise the matter. even then, u may try filing a petition for quashing of f.i.r in the high court on the basis of compromise.

A non-compoundable offence in a situatino like this may be compounded with the permission of the court if the parties are private and they reach an agreement.
