One officer was illegally stopped from working in the post based on a court order. The order was recalled and the person was directed to function in the post. However a final hearing is yet to be done. The HR deptt has removed the name of the officer from payrolls and paid a salary by cheque by deducting the amount for the days the person was stopped from working on the post. What action should be taken against the concerned officer of HR Deptt for involving in such a criminal conspiracy.
