Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a officer in private company, due to matter realted to my official work, few people (who claim to be history sheeters) are threatening me to act as per their wish ( they want me to perform unethical work related to my office). More over they keep on reminding that if I don't listen to them then they will break my hand or leg ( they says that it is a very minor crime & even police can not keep them behind bars as it is a bailable offence), i really don't know what to do ? if i complaint with police then I am not sure about how strictly police can act against them ? pl help

You need to make a written complaint, giving all the details, to the highest police officer of your area/district.
An Informatory application and a criminal complaint in private police station will serve your problem.
