Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A person who has arrested u/s 20 b(i) under NDPS act more than 5 Kg gaja. The charge sheet already submitted with in 35 days and chemical test is positive (just sample test 100 gms gaja) .Is it possible for bail before the sessions judge or high court in any terms and condition. Plz suggest me with citation in any high court of supreme court.
