Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
the problem is about my fiance.. he had a relation with a scheduled tribe girl, she was married .. they got physical and a baby girl was born, she ran away from her in laws home,and started blackmailing him to marry her and for money ..and also to complaint against again him in police station.the child is now 2 years old
