my property has been attached for arrears of maintenance .what should i do?

Make payment and attachment would be removed.
In case you have a dispute over amount / quantum of maintenance, provide adequate security like Bank Guarantee to remove attachment.

If charge created over the property, the same will continue until her death. Even you sell or transfers to 3rd party. Better settle the matter amicably
