Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

How to take protection of 498a case ? Can i case file againt's my wife & her family to protect my family & me. Can i case a file of devorce ? Can i case a file of harrasment to me & family ? If i case a file againts my wife than she take any actions on me & family. I have a 2 children can i have take the custody of my children. Son Age-6 Years old, daughter age-3 years.

i would have suggested a lot of things but if you have children then for their sake try to patch up . .You have two children that means you have enjoyed enough . . let the children enjoy their childhood.

if you are at fault then admit it and sort this out but if she has done it then try to admit her some demands if they are acceptable. think with peaceful mind.

Your question(s) are so confusing. What do you want ? Whatever i could understand youtoo want to trouble your wife by filing cases against her . But what case do you intent to file. You can claim and file for custody but chances to get custody from the court are grim. Yes you can file for divorce against your wife.

you can file a petition for custody of children and defend yourself in the event of complaint being lodged u/s 498a. you may further lodge any complaint or file any suit depending upon the cause of action arising in your favour. seek legal help asap.
