i purchase one free hold property floor from builder in booking before construction starting but builder could not start the construction on property because the builder apply in authority for approval of building sanction plan but there was some non benificial legal heir are file objection who sold to builder said property and benificial leaal heir not disclose them non benificial legal heir name to builder and in the any type of document in the chain of property and also non benificial legal heir file partition suit in court and get status quo on property and also builder file application 7 & 11 , now what can i do against the builder for my earnest money because my agrrement is not registered and also in my agreement no date for starting and no date for handed over to us by buider .
