can we go for quashing of charge when court had returned the file to police after failing to submit supplimentry charge sheet on due date, more than three times- in case of IPC

it would not be safe opining without going through the contents of the f.i.r. and the sections under which the same has been lodged. further, once the charge sheet has been filed, then what ground is there to go for quashing.

Returning of file is not a ground but i feel there should be some solid point in your case that why police is not able to file the chargesheet. Plz send me your FIR and other detail to guide you properly.
