1-if allegation not made out any cognigible offence,

2-if investigation is unnecessarily & exurbantly delay,

3-it is apparant from record ,it will abuse process of law.

You can not specify any ground which is available. The ground may in the facts of your F.I.R. and lack of facts to constitute an offence is a ground to for quashing an F.I.R.
