Can national commission for women force husband family to appear at their office or it is upto husband's family whetehr they want to appear in national commisison for women office afther they call husband and his family?

It is mandatory to appear before the Court or Commission that may have power to summon persons for appearance. The National Commission for Women is a constitutional body having powers to summon. Therefore, the person/s summoned may have to appear at the time and place mentioned in the summons.
