Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am from Rajasthan state. There was an accident case under section 279 & 304A register aginst me in 1988, I have faced proceeding up to 1992. In 1992, by over sight my bail have jumped and in 1994, court have issued a standing warrant aginst me.
Now, I want to surrender in court. How can I escape from JC ? Are there any ruling / decisions of High court/ Supreme court avaialable, on behalf of which I can get relief.

you can file anticipatory bail application before sessions court or move in high court.
