reg criminal case
my mother tenant has longe a complaint to local police station.police file case against us that we rushed his house and try to kill her(352 and ...) but now everything is settled so we have to quash that case , we have to file a case to high court with how much fees.

You have specified only section 352 I.P.C. - if that is the only section applied and dispute between the Complainant and Accused is settled, then the Complainant can compund the offence and the Accused are not required to go for quashing.
