I had registered a FIR in 2007. The chargesheeet was filed by the police in 2008 in the trial court, Mazgaon but the trial has still not begun. Only dates are given every time. Please advice what should I do to expediate the matter. Thank you.

Make appropriate application to expedite before the trial court.

You may also consider approaching the high court for directions for disposal of case in a time bound manner.
