My relatives friend tried to transfer ownership of truck by forgering transfer papers from expert in transport authority.
Forensic report came that signature is forged all testimony of complainant is recorded fine but expert signturer could not find in this complaint case.Accused addmitted that he went to transport authority for transfer of truck in court room, he is illatrate thats why he alleged that signture is geniune and signed by complainant.
Is accused conviction is possible in this complaint case at above given circumstances ?
