Agar koi complainant ya accused bohot zyada busy hai business ya study main to kya vo apni jaga apne kisi family mamber ko court me appear hone bhej skta hai ? kya koi legal remedy hai jo apni jaga kisi or ko bheja kre accused ya complainant court me appear hone ke lian?

No it is not possible it amounts to criminal action and accused or complainant will be punished.

No absolutely not.but one thing which is given by the law for the convinience of the parties in a criminal case U/s 317 of the Cr.P.C.,that is ,the person who want to take the benefit of non appearance on each date before the court.he can make prayer for the same on the basis of reasonable reasons.

The remedy available to the accused is permanent exemption. However, granting of permanent exemption is the discretion of the court.
