Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi, I am a resident of Kolkata, I had purchased a Buildings Basement on Sub Lease which is a Parking Space in the Building Plan Map. I was earlier a tenant of a small portion there before taking it on a lease. The Lessor and the secretary of the association of that building approached us and helped us take that basement on lease. The agreement was made and we became the legal occupier of that place. Now we want our electric connection on our name but they are objecting and asking for random money. On top of that they have filed a case against me saying that I store Inflammable goods in the building parking space at basement. Now I am stuck from everywhere. Please suggest me what to do.

Dear Sir / Madam,

(Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal)

The lessor will not permit you to obtain a separate electricity connection in your name.

You will have to use the existing electrical connection of the lessor, or if there is no electrical connection at present, you will have to tell the lessor to provide you with an electrical connection in the premises that you have leased.
