I am an indian,22 years , I have been accused and A2 in a cheating case.Now released on bail.No conditions for bail.Charge sheet not filed.Sir, Can I go gulf countries for a job ?

while an accused is released on bail, he is subject to bail conditions under section 437. so you have to seek permission from court
