Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Sir i was suffering in bus accident in 1997 year in which our case was registered in ito police station now i want to file right to information to get details of that accident please confirm how i can file rti against police and whom to contact in this regards how much fees is to be paid also provide a first appelate in this request

sir, you may apply on a plain paper to the PIO / DCP of the area where the accident took place. Fees is only Rs. 10/-. If you want copies it is 2/- per page. you can do it in person. you do not need a lawyer for this.
